Statement on the company's commitment to gender equality
We are pleased to inform you that Ud’Anet S.r.l. has embarked on a process aimed at obtaining UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, the national standard that sets out guidelines for the adoption of a management system aimed at promoting gender equality within organisations.
This initiative represents an important step in the ongoing development and consolidation of the values that have always guided our Company: respect for people, appreciation of diversity, inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities.
The adoption of UNI/PdR 125:2022 is not merely a formal requirement, but a concrete commitment to promoting an inclusive organisational culture capable of ensuring equal opportunities for all individuals in terms of access, professional development, training, career progression and participation in decision-making processes, without gender discrimination.
Through this process, Ud’Anet S.r.l. is committed to:
- promoting a corporate culture based on respect and inclusion;
- ensuring equal opportunities in recruitment, hiring and professional development processes;
- fostering a healthy balance between professional and private life;
- preventing and combating any form of discrimination, harassment or behaviour inconsistent with the principles of fairness;
- continuously monitoring and improving its gender equality performance through objectives, indicators and concrete actions.
To support this process, the Company has established a dedicated Gender Equality Steering Committee, responsible for guiding, monitoring and developing the gender equality management system. The Committee is composed of:
➔ Christian Sciarretta – President
➔ Luigia Del Conte – Human Resources Manager
➔ Valeria Sciarretta – Gender Equality Management System Manager (Committee Coordinator)
Achieving these objectives requires the active and informed involvement of all Interested Parties. In this regard, the Company invites:
- internal personnel to act on a daily basis in accordance with the principles of inclusion, equal opportunities and non-discrimination;
- suppliers and partners to align themselves with the Company’s values by adopting behaviour consistent with the principles of fairness, integrity and respect;
- customers and external collaborators to share and promote a culture focused on valuing diversity and gender equality.
UD’ANET is committed to monitoring the results achieved over time, ensuring transparency, accountability and the continuous improvement of its corporate policies and practices. We firmly believe that gender equality represents not only an essential ethical value, but also a key factor for long-term growth and competitiveness.
Confident in your cooperation, we look forward to everyone’s contribution in building an increasingly fair, inclusive and future-oriented working environment.
Kind regards,
